  • 8 ounces Chickapea pasta
  • 5 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup favorite Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup croutons, whole wheat
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced, optional
  • lemon wedges, optional
  1. Cook  pasta according to directions.  

  2. While pasta is cooking chopped and slice vegetables

  3. When pasta is done drain, rinse and return to pot.

  4. Allow pasta to cool.

  5. When pasta has cooled add in remaining ingredients, tossing well.

  6. Evenly divide among meal prep containers or serve immediately at your next BBQ
