Fig & Chia Seed Chickapea Pasta Salad
We are so excited to see our own Chickapea Pasta featured in a blog post by Green Mom’s Collective! Author Sara Vartanian is already enjoying the benefits of the gluten-free pasta alternative with quick pasta salads. You can customize each of these for your little ones or yourself as well. (Don’t forget the superheroes in the household need food too!)

- 1 227 g package of Chickapea Pasta in spiral or penne
- 1-2 figs cut up
- 1/2-1 apple cut into small chunks
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
Boil your Chickapea Pasta
Slice your ingredients into slim strips or square chunks
Sprinkle in chia seeds
Drizzle avocado oil, cover with a lid, and with a few shakes you have a delicious fig and chia seed pasta salad!
