Chickapea Fig and Chia Pasta Salad

(Don’t forget the superheroes in the household need food too!)

Fig & Chia Seed Chickapea Pasta Salad
  • 1 227 g package of Chickapea Pasta in spiral or penne
  • 1-2 figs cut up
  • 1/2-1 apple cut into small chunks
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil
  1. Boil your Chickapea Pasta
  2. Slice your ingredients into slim strips or square chunks
  3. Sprinkle in chia seeds
  4. Drizzle avocado oil, cover with a lid, and with a few shakes you have a delicious fig and chia seed pasta salad!
